1. Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the fbaee platform and all associated services. By visiting the fbaee website, registering an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

• Only one account per person is permitted; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

fbaee reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Government-issued identification, proof of address, or other relevant documents may be requested. fbaee may suspend withdrawals or other activities until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You must notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The following rules apply when depositing funds on the fbaee platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Funds deposited must come from an account registered in your own name; third-party deposits are not permitted.
• fbaee reserves the right to decline unusually large deposits without additional verification.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to withdrawal processing:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used to deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

4. Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

fbaee offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus:

• You must make a first deposit into your account.
• A wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) the bonus amount must be met.
• The bonus can be claimed once only and is non-transferable.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions on fbaee:

• fbaee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device is not permitted.
• Each bonus has a specific validity period; unused bonuses will expire at the end of that period.

5. VIP and Loyalty Program

The fbaee VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's consistent participation and activity. fbaee reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

6. Fair Play Policy

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbaee platform:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or any other artificial means.
• Collusion or conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus or benefit multiple times by creating multiple accounts.
• Registering an account with false information or concealing your identity.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, fbaee may immediately suspend or close the relevant account and forfeit all winnings.

6.2 Account Suspension and Closure

fbaee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms.
• On suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Until identity verification has been completed.
• Upon a self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.
